Mediation

What is mediation?

No relationship – personal or professional – is free of conflict. Some can be resolved easily, while others get stuck. That’s where mediation helps.

Mediation is a structured, out-of-court process where two or more conflicting parties work together to find a sustainable solution—one that considers everyone’s interests. Not a half-hearted compromise, but a result everyone can live with.

How does mediation work?

Free initial consultation

You describe your conflict, and we assess whether mediation makes sense. All parties must agree to participate.

Phase 1: Establishing a safe framework

We meet (online or in person). I explain the process, rules, and methods. Key points are documented in writing.

Phase 2: Understanding the conflict

Each person shares their perspective. We collect and prioritize topics for conversation.

Phase 3: Processing the conflict

We dig deeper: What triggers the conflict? What needs to change? The goal is understanding.

Phase 4: Finding a solution

You brainstorm ideas. We evaluate them for fairness and feasibility.

Phase 5: Securing the solution

We document the best solution in writing.

Follow-up talk

After a few months, we check in, discuss how it goes and adjust the agreement if needed.

How long does it take?

Depends on the case. After the briefing, I’ll give you an estimate.

The goal? You return to the situation with clarity, confidence, and inner calm—no matter how complicated it seems.

Coaching can help before, during, or after mediation, or if others aren’t ready to talk yet.
